Shipping and Returns

Shipping
All orders ship within 1-3 business days from our Chicago, Illinois studio. If you would like to modify your order, please email us at hello@shopovette.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request before processing your order. 
Shipping costs are carrier-generated and are based on your location and order weight. 

We are not responsible for late package deliveries or deliveries otherwise affected by air and ground transportation strikes or delays, customs processing, carrier transfers, natural disasters, or addresses entered incorrectly by customer. 

Order Status 
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your shipping label is created. Your tracking information and delivery date may not be available until the package is processed by the carrier, often 24 hours after the order has been picked up. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to enter a secure shipping destination at checkout. Once we have received a delivery confirmation, we will not re-ship or refund orders that cannot be located at the address the customer provided.

Return Policy
Upon receiving your order, we recommend you try on any items to ensure the proper fit. Returns and exchanges must be received at our studio within 14 days from delivery date. In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. We will not accept a return if product has been damaged in any way, which includes the presence of odors, animal hair, or stains.

Before returning your item, you must contact us at hello@shopovette.com. Returns sent back without prior authorization will be refused.

We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping, though if you choose to exchange your item, we will pay the shipping cost for the replacement item you've selected. We do not refund shipping costs when refunding a purchase.
